Perfect Process for At-Home ColorI love the selection, communication, and quick shipping option. Easy application, quality product. This was my first time on the program, resulting in some tweaks to the product for more gray edge coverage and adjusting the color to see if we could lighten the overall color slightly without doing highlights. Overall, I highly recommend it if you have experience with at-home coloring. Way too dark and issues with re-orderingWhat was suppose to be a medium brown came out almost black. I know this happens sometimes with brown colors and then it eventually fades out, but almost black is not the same as medium brown. If only the shade was good for me, I would be amazed at how slowly the color fades. 1 month has passed and my hair is still almost black... I wish it would fade but it hasn't, this would've been a five star review if the shade was right. Another problem is that I ordered a new color a week ago and it still has not shipped. Didnt cover my graySorry, Not sorry.. but I didnt like the color product. I do not want any more shipments. it just didnt do a stand out job. I get same results from Nutrisse.
