Loved the 2nd colorI'm impressed w/the customer service and the color rep that quickly responded to my inquiry after my initial application of ESalon product. She did exactly what I requested and lightened the 2nd shipment of color. I really like the 2nd color and am looking forward to this next application. Depending on the next few applications, I would strongly recommend this product. My only reservation is that the customer service rep would not tell me the brand/maker of the color. the color was perfect.The color was just what I was looking for, over the counter reds look fake and fade quickly. My color has had minimal fading. Lasts and lasts!Its been about a month now since I used my color. Usually by now it would have faded terribly, especially on top, leaving me with an "orange-like" glow. This color was perfect when I applied it, and is still looks pretty close to when I first used it. The gray around my face by now would have totally come back but its still intact. Better color and highlights than what you get a salon.Wonderful hair coloring product. I used to buy the color products at the grocery/drug store and it would dry out my hair terribly and the results were awful--I had orange hues in my hair. I also used to spend $75 at a salon for a color and now I get the same results at home doing it myself. This is the finest hair color you can easily put on yourself.
