Color needed adjusting…turned out GREAT!!My color needed some updating but the new color that came was just not quite right. I spoke with colorist Genevieve on the phone and she reformulated my next order. Just used it last night…it is perfect !!!! My hair looks refreshed and natural. Very impressedLoved how my order came package felt so much nicer than a ordinary box dye.
