Best result everEasy, even color and perfect for my skin color. I'm so pleased. I did however have some resistance with my grey around my ears. The color didn't take. Best semi-permanent colourI liked the personal attention to detail and the whole process of trying to obtain the perfect colour, the packaging, accessories, etc. I would definitely use this for my long term hair dye were I to continue dyeing my hair. However, I have decided to go back to using henna mixes with natural ingredients only because of a continuous scalp problem which other hair dyes exacerbate. Takes 10 years off!I love the quality of colouring. Greys are gone and my hair feels fab. I was initially sceptical about the claims and positive reviews as my assumption was it would do these fantastic things for straight haired people, not for black people or of mixed heritage. It was a nice experience.I received the package in a timely manner. I was excited when I saw the package in the mail it came nicely packed, the conditioner and shampoo smelt amazing. The color itself turned out nice. I didn't think I was gonna notice a change but I did. The roots were brown and ultimately the rest of my hair is as well but you can see the red hue to it and the it's maintained a nice shine from the color which is hard to do with my hair because it's naturally dull.
