Very disappointedI dont know what happened the product had such a red colour sitting on my head was worried it would be too red but it didn't even colour my grays at all. Color changed no customer serviceThe last order of asked to return to a previous color. The box of color o received was not the previous color I had. It fried my hair and my colorist is ignoring me. Color not rightThe quality of product seemed to be good but the color was wrong and now I have strawberry blonde hair. Also didn’t fully cover gray. I’d asked for ash tones or champagne color and this was bright yellow. Hard to tell when selecting colors online. Trate de cancelar suscripción y desautorice pagos próximos y aún siguen llegando correos de próximo envío. Not impressedThe color was too dark. I really didn't see much difference in your hair color and the hair color I pay $10 for at Walmart. It didn't cover my grays well at all. The booster conditioner leaves my hair greasy the next day. The only thing I did like is that there is no color wash out in the water on your next shampoo.
