Love it!I love this set. The ability to do my own hair at home, save loads of money and walk away with soft, shiny, healthy hair is amazing. On top of that, it's easy and saves me time. EnttäuschtLeider ist die Haarfarbe bei mir viel zu dunkel ausgefallen. Ich hatte vorher bereits dunkelbraun gefärbte Haare und eine Intensivtönung im Dunkelbraun-Ton der Stufe 4 bestellt, um dies lediglich aufzufrischen bzw. aufrechtzuerhalten. Meine Haare sind von Natur aus eher hell-mittelbraun und es war schon ein gutes Stück vom Ansatz rausgewachsen. Das Ergebnis gleicht überhaupt nicht der farblichen Darstellung bei der Auswahl und meinen Erwartungen. Meine Haare sind jetzt fast schwarz. Ich habe dem eSalon Team das Feedback gegeben, dass ich es lieber heller hätte, aber ehrlich gesagt würde ich am liebsten das Abo kündigen. Einen Tag später sitzt die Frustration noch tiefer, wenn man in den Spiegel schaut und sich kaum wieder erkennt... Das einzig positive, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass die Farbe wirklich angenehm riecht und meine Haare sich nur minimal angegriffen angefühlt haben nach dem Färben. Best hair colour and service ever!I choose a colour I would like to have and sent some photos of my current hair and the hair colour I would like. I never expected the colourist to actually analyse my current hair colour and give me a honest opinion. I thought they would just accept my request but the colourist message me and said the colour would be too dark and turn my hair too red and asked me to try the colour blend they made for me. Not only the colourist was right (their blend was not too dark) but the colour is even more beautiful than the one I choose! Such a brilliant ideaI did the online consultation, received my box very quickly, loved the fact it was personalised! I was nervous about using it...but I used it today. I wanted ash dark brown, and I love it, it is actually ash, even when I buy box dye ash brown, it always has warm tones and this did not, I an so happy with this.
