Excellent Copper brunette!!I have been using esalon getting close to 1 year now. I was skeptical at first but after a bad salon visit, I decided to go for it! I sent in a request and I actually spoke to my colorist, and she helped me choose the right color on the phone and within a week I had my color with precise directions and all the tools and even tips included. Esalon is NOT like the old school way of coloring your hair. It’s so much more!!! If that wasn’t all, they’ve even gone the extra step to put your name on your personalized color and personalized instructions too!! I’ve been using the same color till now, I sent a request asking to add some copper color to my light brown hair. Not only did I get EXACTLY what I asked for but I also got even more detailed instructions AND I was told that if I had any questions at all, to contact esalon and I’d be directed to my colorist! voilà c'est fait...J'ai enfin pu faire ma couleur qu'un amie est venue me poser surtout à l'arrière du crâne... certes il faut une certaine organisation mais le résultat est là. j'ai retrouvé la couleur de cheveux de ma jeunesse et mes cheveux sont magnifiques. schönes Produkt mit SchwächenDas Set kam relativ aufwändig aber sicher verpackt und alles war sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Die Anwendung war auch ausreichend erklärt und ähnlich wie bei anderen Herstellern. Nur leider bin ich mit der Farbe nicht zufrieden. Mauvaise couverture des cheveux blancsObjet : Réclamation concernant la coloration capillaire non conforme Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous écrire pour exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction concernant votre produit de coloration capillaire, qui ne couvre pas les cheveux blancs comme annoncé. En dépit de mes attentes et des promesses de l'annonce, le résultat obtenu est loin d'être satisfaisant. Malheureusement, ma déception ne s'arrête pas là. Malgré mes tentatives répétées, je n'ai pas réussi à joindre votre service client, comme indiqué dans vos informations. Cette situation me laisse non seulement isolée face à ce problème, mais je me sens également lésée et arnaquée. Je tiens à souligner que la loi protège les consommateurs dans de telles situations, et je compte sur votre coopération pour résoudre ce problème de manière équitable. En vertu de mes droits en tant que consommatrice, je demande un remboursement intégral pour le produit défectueux que j'ai acheté. Horrible coverageThis product does not cover grays at all! I end up with a caramel colour over my grays & grays that were not touched. (My hair is dark brown) No matter how much they try to adjust my order, it’s always horrible. This is not a salon level product.
