Great ProductLove the color and the content. It might be interesting to ask if you need the "extras", gloves, etc. in each order. I have too many glove and stain guard & remover. Think carefully and research before you buy!For the second time I have had my hair ruined by eSalon, I expected the colour I chose to be lighter than my natural dark brown. Not only did it not lighten my hair at all it left a red tinge on it, certainly not the golden brown colour shown on the website. Had I previously dyed my hair I could perhaps understand, but my hair was completely natural, the company is not transparent about the products and gives expectations they have no hope of achieving. I was told after contacting them that my hair will not lift using the colour as it is dark brown, why oh why then are they offering me a colour that has no hope of working! Color Set die gute Farbe für das HaarDie Farbe ist wunderschön, das Haar ist schön gleichmäßig gefärbt, auch bei dem grauen Haaren ist die Farbe genauso wie bei den anderen Haaren, ich muß sagen die Farbe hält bei mir schon ein paar Wochen so 7 bis 8 Wochen und das finde ich gut 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Anpassung von Intensivtönung auf dauerhafte Haarfarbe ohne RückspracheIch habe auf „ich bin zufrieden mit meiner Farbe“ geklickt und habe ohne Rücksprache eine dauerhafte Haarfarbe (anstatt wie bisher eine Intensivtöung) bekommen, leider habe ich das erst gemerkt, als es beim Färben furchtbar nach Ammoniak gestunken hat. Leider ist nun auch die Farbe eine ganz andere. Die Tönung entsprach zu 100% meiner Naturhaarfarbe, die neue Bestellung hat meine Haare deutlich aufgehellt und sie gefallen mir gar nicht. Naja…Anwendung Erklärung sehr gut.Aber leider fiel die Farbe nicht wie gewünscht aus.Eigentlich für mich verständlich. Also sollte man nicht solche Versprechen machen.Und dann habe ich eine Lieferung übersprungen um die erste Haarwäsche abzuwarten aber leider wurde das nicht berücksichtigt.Und schon wieder wurde eine für mich falsche Mischung versendet. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
