Custom color setI’ve been using e-salon color for a while now I have asked them to tweak my color several times and they are always ready to work with me. This last color change is exactly what I asked to achieve . My colorist nailed it making this my forever color. I love it. My hair is healthy, shinny and easy to curl. Amazing. Asked for Auburn. Ended up with pitch black hair. How?I'm so confused how this happened. I'm also disappointed in myself for trusting esalon knew what they were doing. Horrible reviewThe roots color did not color my roots AT ALL ,and my color was soft blue black. Im extremely disappointed, I also did not know that you would be taking money out of my account for the next months installment payment, i would like a full refund and how i go about getting that done. Seem to be having a hard time getting the correct colorI am trying to get an ash color-no orange/gold-seems like that is all I am getting. I am willing to give one more try( have tried 2x) Somewhat frustrated-feel as though not being heard I have a background in hair and feel it should be easier than this to get what I want.
