Colour ok, covered grey, but gave me allergic reactionDid 48 hour patch test prior to dying my hair. Not at all as advertisedThis was absolutely not worth the investment. I responded to an email asking my color preferences and what I was wanting to achieve. I wasn't looking to change anything, just maintain my current red color. The color I received ended up being a slightly reddish brown. I've been coloring my hair with professional color for over 20 years. I have never been so disappointed, and I regret giving this brand a chance. It also didn't even color my ash blonde roots, which normally soaks up color like a sponge. As soon as I can figure out how to unsubscribe (because that's apparently hidden), I will be. Scored a home run!!!I have struggled for a long time with realizing the right color to match my hair color. I had micro links installed and I love the color of my extensions, The problem was getting my exposed hair to match the extensions. My natural hair tended to pull red no matter what my beautician and I tried. I decided to give this custom product a try not really expecting to be satisfied. Well, let me tell you…this product was perfect and exceeded my expectation!! Note: no one paid me to send this review! I just felt compelled to share Mr total satisfaction with this product. First try with this productEasy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with. Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time. The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too. Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again.
