Roots are now blackWell, I wanted to continue my red hair color, but the root color you send turned out almost black and the ends color you send is much better, lighter, but still not the red I wanted Very disappointed. Absolutely LOVE this hair color and the fabulous customer service!I am so happy I found "eSalon". A colorist worked with me to adjust my color in order to create the perfect color for my hair. I appreciate having everything I need mailed to me just in time to cover root growth. Application is easy and the products are obviously far superior to any hair color I have applied to my hair over the past "30" years because my hair has never looked better! Pretty pretty!I just want to say I love ,love, love my color right now. All my orders have pleased me , but this one especially. The gold, the blonde , the shine ~~ it's all 100 in my book. DisappointedWas excited to use this hair color after all the hype I read about it. The first time was just ok - color was nice but in 3 weeks, I saw a lot of grey. The second time was worse - I saw grey in several places right after coloring and the brown color was drab. I reached out to eSalon but no response after a few days so I cancelled future orders. I just don't see any improvement over the boxed color I get at the store and it is 1/3 the price! I am not new to coloring - I've been at it for over 30 years.
