Complicated and bad resultDisappointed—I thought the process was more complicated than my over the counter product. I like the color on my ends, but was frustrated that root color did not cover my gray. I had to redo the roots with left over color. Further I found more gray throughout in the bulk of my hair. I get better results including gray coverage and with easy process from my over the counter. I’ll be canceling my recurring order. Thank you I feel beautifulI absolutely love my hair color, it fits me! I feel great. I have a copper ash tone. The instructions are easy to follow, I use the brush and bowl kit from esalon. Professional productsGood quality products with quality shampoo and conditioner. Too darkI love how healthy and bouncy this hair color works. What I did not like, is how dark ir came out. My hair was reddish copper, now it's brown. Too dark. Doesn’t cover greyI have been with E salon for a while and have been feeding back to my colourist to get the colour and strength how I want it. I’m not convinced it has been changed.
