Not greatEven after washing my hair the night before applying the color, applying color at hairline first, and leaving product in for 65 minutes, it still did not take completely around my hairline. I have started getting it professionally colored every other time to get the results I want. Farbe deckt ja mal überhaupt nichtHatte vor einem Jahr bei esalon bestellt und die perfekte Farbe erhalten, zwischendurch wurde wahrscheinlich was an der Rezeptur verändert nun deckt sie einfach überhaupt nicht mehr (habe Schwarzbraun bestellt und gerade meine Haare gefärbt und mein Ansatz hat sich einfach null verändert). Was auch immer ihr getan habt, macht das bitte rückgängig. Bis dahin werd ich hier leider nicht mehr bestellen. Ist sehr schade, da ihr wie gesagt am Anfang die perfekte Farbe für mich hattet und dann auch noch PETA verifiziert, ab jetzt werde ich wieder zur Konkurrenz greifen müssen. Très contenteLa coloration est top, agréablement surprise du rendu professionnel il suffit de bien suivre les instructions qui sont bien expliqués. Le service est vraiment qualitatif, tout un tas de petits détails dans la boîte : un stickers pour pouvoir accrocher les instructions, deux paires de gants etc... toute ces petites attentions font vraiment la différence. Par ailleurs le suivi de l'abonnement semble bénéficier du même niveau de qualité, prise en compte des demandes de modification sur la planification du prochain envoi rapides, idem pour l'ajustement de la couleur. 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Mit dieser Farbe kann keine Farbe aus dem Drogeriemarkt mithalten...Hallo, habe zum 2. Mail meine Haare mit Ihrer Farbe gefärbt. Das Ergebnis fällt zwar immer dunkler aus als meine originale Haarfarbe (die Farbe wurde bereits einmal von Ihnen angepasst) aber die Anwendung und das Ergebnis in Sachen Glanz und Geschmeidigkeit sind einfach suuuuper. Bei der Anwendung kein Jucken der Kopfhaut, keinerlei Rötungen oder ein unangenehmes Kopfhautgefühl! Was aber auch mega ist, ist die wahnsinnige Haltbarkeit der Farbe. Ich muss deutlich weniger oft nachfärben als mit guten Qualitätsmarken aus dem Drogeriemarkt. Happy with the service and my hair colorService: Colorist Alexandria reached out shortly after I placed my order and made a thoughtful recommendation based on my photos, current hair color, and amount of gray. I was ordering a demi-permanent color and wanted to avoid red or overly ashy tones while keeping a natural dark brown look. Although the system suggested a dark brown, Alexandria advised going with a lighter medium brown since the color tends to develop darker on natural hair than the online samples. Her advice was spot-on. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, though I would have preferred more recyclable materials and fewer small plastic bags. Color Set: The results look very natural, with my grays blending seamlessly. My hair feels shiny and healthy, and there was no skin staining at all during the process.
