Worked very well!I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Great product and resultsThe quality of the product (hair color) as well as the gloves, instructions, etc. are the best. Any tweak I wanted to make to the color was taken care of immediately. Ma nouvelle colorationAprès échange avec le coloriste, j’ai trouvé ma couleur parfaite. Disparition des reflets orangés. Un châtain clair cendré comme j’aime!
