Deckt Grau nicht ab und Gefahr einer AbofalleZum einen deckt es den grauen Ansatz nicht gut ab, zum anderen gerät man bei der Bestellung in eine Abofalle, wenn man angibt, wie oft man gewöhnlich die Haare färbt. Diese Angabe führt schon zu einem Abo! Wenn man dieses Vorgehen per Mail bemängelt und um eine Rücksendung anfrägt, bekommt man keine Antwort. Auch PayPal war an der Stelle keine Hilfe! Nun habe ich eine Packung teurer Haarfarbe bezahlt, die keine gute Grauabdeckung hat. Achtung: passt auf, was ihr bei der Bestellung an Informationen ankreuzt, es kann zu einem ungewollten Abo führen. Der Service meldet sich nicht zurück! Sie schweigen und sitzen es aus! Ich habe nun das Abo in meinem Account gestoppt. Was auch nicht geht ist, das Kundenkonto mit allen Daten zu löschen.
