Does the jobI ordered this a little while back but was afraid to use it. Then I remember my mom dying her hair at home all the time so I thought why not try it. The week before Christmas I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 930AM and I waited for 45 minutes to get started. How could she be behind 45 minutes on a 930AM appointment? I hate the logistics of booking an appointment, finding time to go, the small talk, the noise, price gouging and so many other reasons. This worked today and I will see how it wears over the next few weeks. My husband put it in for me and he did a great job. Best I have ever usedI have colored my hair both at home and in a salon for well over forty years. After allowing my gray to grow in , I decided that I would prefer to go strawberry blonde ( I’m a natural redhead ) but to my horror, things didn’t go as planned. Sehr gutes ErgebnisNormalerweise lasse ich alle 6 Wochen meinen Ansatz beim Frisör färben. Ich habe hier und da ein paar graue Haare und kann mich damit noch nicht anfreunden. Also möchte ich im Grunde einfach meinen Naturton (dunkelbraun) nachfärben. Die Farbe, die mir empfohlen wurde, passt total gut! Meine Haare sehen aus, als wären sie nicht gefärbt. Sehr gute Grauhaarabdeckung und einfache Handhabung. Außerdem muss ich sagen, dass ich das packaging total toll finde. Alles ist sehr hochwertig und nett gemacht. Viel zu dunkel. Haare ruiniertIch wolle von mittelblond zu hellbraun. Ich wurde dunkelbraun-schwarz und es wäscht sich als Intensivtönung auch nicht ausreichend raus. Mitarbeiter hat es herzlich wenig interessiert. Nun muss ich es beim Friseur richten, was teuer wird und meine Haare strapaziert. Would like to cancelBack in the summer of this year I talked to someone asking them to cancel my order because I was going to be out of the country and because the product I was receiving wouldn’t cover my white hair completely. The first order was really good, but I tried a couple more times and it just didn’t seem to work the same. I just returned and see that I continued to receive the product, which I would like to return and get my money back. Would you please let me know how do I do that?
