Super easyI used to get my hair color in a box from the store and it NEVER turned out right. When I decided to try esalon I was nervous if it would turn out the same as all the other brands I tried. First let me say I love the way it’s personalized. The directions were easy to follow. My hair color came out PERFECT!!! Not satisfied at all.I didn't have any colour on my hair, I was asking for a lighter, ash colour. However the end result was a lighter colour with orange / red effect. I said okay, I will give a second chance, asked them to make it lighter with ash. I also attached photos. They said it can be a bit lighter but not much. Poor grey coverageDid not adequately cover grey hair. Was better than pre application but not by much. I liked the fact there was no scalp irritation and the smell of product was minimal.
