Please don’t use thisI want to preface this by saying that I’ve never left a bad review for a company or product before. So it breaks my heart to have to say this about an idea that I truly trusted. But, please, if you want your hair to go to the colour you outline in your initial choice, please just go to the hairdressers or use another dye. If you use E-Salon, you’ll end up with a colour three levels darker than you asked for, with no way to remove it. My story’s this, I had naturally warm, level 4-5 hair, that took me ages to lift from a dark brown colour. I came to E-Salon for a neutralising colour over this as I didn’t like the level of warmth I had. My partner helped me to dye my hair, and followed ALL of the instructions correctly, and despite this, my end result it that I now have black brown hair, which will take me years to lift back to my original colour without damage. I couldn’t be more impressed! 🩷I needed to re dye my hair and I wanted something gentle as my hair as been so over dyed with cheap hair dyes. I found ESalon and the packing was lovely along with all the extras you wouldn’t get in a cheap hair dye. E.g stain guard, stain remover which is a godsend!
