Hid my greysI'm really happy with my eSalon colour. I had to stop getting my hair professionally coloured thanks to the cost of living squeezing my budget. Happy with my revised color!This new updated color is exactly the color I wanted! Very pleased with it, however, I have a lot of thick hair, so I didn’t have enough more solution to fully coat my hair. Wrong mixAccording to the number and the picture you offered in the pixture chart, my hair had to turn out medium ginger. But I got dark brown with purple sheen, that washed out after 2 weeks and only then it had slightly gingery sheen. Regardless of that I have dark brown hair now. Also, no colour number is to be seen in my order. When my hair dresser asked for the number, I found it nowhere in my account orders. And I had to start a false start of a profile to choose the shade I'd want to show the hairdresser the colour chart you give to choose from. As obviously it wasn't allowed to take a screenshot, was it? The hairdresser said the tone in the chart doesn't match the actual mix. LOVED THE COLOR BUT GRAY COVERAGE LASTED ONLY 2 WEEKS.Followed the exact directions and all gray coverage has pretty much faded in only 18 days. I only wash my hair 2x a week - condition every other day.
