Extreme Hair LossI’ve colored my hair all my life, but the last couple years only had highlights done twice and used a toner. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Great productThis is my 2nd try at this product. My first try didn’t cover my roots (my fault I asked for a formula to light). They shipped me out a darker formula and it worked great! Not impressedThe color was a lot darker and less vibrant than what I chose and was looking for. It made my hair super dry ( way more than the otc color I typically use. ) I ran out of the end color and had to run the root color way lower than my root line and I still ran out of color. I ended up adding a little water to my head to stretch it out some. It was close. I know I have a lot more hair than most people, it usually takes my three boxes of otc dye to cover my head.
