Good coverageIm not happy with my color still and it's been an adjustment trying to get the color I requested. My color is darker than what my original color was, which I don't like!. However, esalon was willing to send me two free shipments of color to accommodate the color change...even though the color is still wrong! Way darker. I do appreciate that at least. I also like that esalon color does cover my grey hair longer and better than store bought brand lorel I used before esalon. I will continue to try esalon for that main reason and hopefully they can get the color correct. I do feel since the 100% satisfaction guarantee is stated, I had hoped they would honor that and they don't!. Darker than expectedI did the online quiz and uploaded a picture. Was contacted that it was recommended I go no more than 2 shades darker . I was good with just doing two shades. I like it and I love that I can do it myselfI love it. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish eSalon would include a very rich conditioner option with the color in addition to the 2 conditioner/shampoo packages. Also, please provide a paper not plastic option for a mat and try to reduce packaging. eSalon custom color is amazing for color-treated hairLove my new color! I went with the Medium Brown (Pearly Copper), it's so rich in color. When the sun hits it the copper shines through. Unfortunately it didn't cover completely on my roots, too coppery. So I contacted my colorist and she adjusted my color.
