Easy to use, convenient, go-toThis has saved me $$$. Far cheaper than going to the salon. My hair color is black and the color I chose is black to cover gray/white hairs. SUPER EASYThe instructions are perfectly written. Every single step is listed in order and with the exact times to mix, apply or wash off each product. The application itself is so easy, There's no way I could go wrong. The colors I've chosen from the chart were so perfect put together for me, I had the hardest time to find professionals that ever matched my dark blonde color choice without adding a red tint to it and now, I can do it myself with ease.
