Poor resultsAfter completing the custom colour questionnaire, I didn't receive my custom colour hair pack; I got a set colour pack instead. Quite disappointed with the end results. Even though I followed the instructions, the colour didn't set as hoped. The roots ended up too red, the greys weren't covered, and the colour overall was not uniform. ReDoI got my updated kit in Aug. 2023. This time the hair color was much better. The first kit was too much mahogany. The kit has everything you need as always, and the instructions, which you can tape to the mirror as it comes with a little sticky thing, makes it very easy to follow. I have never colored my own hair until eSalon and the first time I did it, a bit of a learning curve on the doing part. Now I feel like a professional coloring my hair. The one thing I highly recommend is to put something down on your bathroom or kitchen counters, depending on where you do the coloring, as the spatter or accidental drop of the color will stain your counter tops. Not easy to remove. When rinsing off in the shower, make sure the bathtub is already wet so the color doesn't stain the tub. And rinse the tub as you rinse out the hair. The one thing I would like them to change is the email to remind you of the shipping. The email should come a week before the shipping date, not 5 days before as not everyone checks their emails daily. At least I don't. 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Great idea of luxury hair colouringUnfortunately it's not the right colour for me but hair left very soft and didn't smell full of chemicals, doesn't come with with deep conditioner so used a 3 min aussie conditioner. Awful colorNot only did it not take. It lasted 3 washing’s and left my hair like string. Let alone I canceled my subscription and as usual. I keep getting billed. I never like any of your subscription types because of that reason alone, you never get them to stop charging your card you matter how many times you canceled. Color I know this business.
