This one is a "miss"!The latest color (I had asked for something slightly darker) has no dimension to it at all. In addition, I had to rewash my hair three times to get all of the product out. Our gel color is crafted from highly pigmented professional-grade dyes, which can feel heavy if not totally washed out per your Personalized Instructions and sometimes requires a little bit more shampooing than other colors. UndecidedFirst of all, the small bottle went a long way, I was surprised how much it covered, but, it was extremely difficult to wash out. It was like grease. Once it was completely washed out, my hair did feel really good. It doesn't seem to be damaging. Looks naturalI was a little apprehensive at first, but as I compled each step I was more and more confident with my decision to try an new brand and color.
