Not as expectedHi, I did my hair last night and was disappointed as the color was not what I asked for. I wanted the burgundy color I received last time but in a permanent color. Too darkThe colour came out as very dark brown when I selected medium brown. I stated that my hair is porus which was ignored it seems. HorribleAvoid this company at all costs. They will ignore your color requests and send you the same color over and over. Love It ‼️ ❤️I'm tired of using otc colors and several boxes for a one time use with my hair long and thick. I was introduced to this product and my colorist got the color from the picture I sent.
