Not the outcome I expected.Left my hair reddish I even left the color on longer as it takes longer for my hair to pick up color. Used toner and it only took out the brassiness but not the red overtones. Trying to D/C future product and it only allows me to postpone on stop all future orders. DisappointedColor was a disaster I followed the instructions to find my hair was a bright shade of red. Following day I able to visit hair salon and fix the problem.
