Hair color was okThe color didn't turn out like the picture showed. The roots were more brown, the middle was more red red and the ends were more copper. Awful experienceI was so excited to try this service and I am so upset right now I don't know why I even tried. I ordered a cool blonde tone and my hair is freaking orange! I had to rinse my hair for 45 minutes and shampoo it 4 times to get the thick cakey feeling out of my hair. True to descriptionThe color was exactly as shown and described plus it made my hair shiny, not dull. Awesome hair colorI have been using eSalon since 2015 and love it. It gives your hair a depth of color you can't do yourself with other products.
