If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |

Light blondeI remember when I tried eSalon back in 2018, and the color wasn't light enough. Now that you have the lighter blonde, I wanted to try it again. This still isn't light enough. I can barely see it against my own natural brown. I could hardly tell I colored my hair at all and no one else could tell either.
