AmazingDon't get me wrong--i was definitely worried about having some stranger pick out my hair color based on pictures. So I called them. Their customer service was amazing, and they talked to me as a stylist would if I was sitting in their chair at a salon. I took a leap of faith and went for it...my hair is naturally brown, but I have been a shock-red with blonde highlights for a year. They took my photos and my comments into consideration ("I want red, but still professional for work) and created the perfect color. I freaked out when applying it (purple dye!) But after shampoo and blow dry, it is the EXACT color I've been trying to master for so long. Great Hair Color Every Time!I have used this product three times, now, and I have absolutely no complaints about it. The color goes on easy, stays shiny, and resists getting dull, before my next color. My daughter is a cosmetologist and she can not find any concerns with the product or the instructions. She believes the instructions are right on the money, and easy for any customer to apply themselves. In short, my recommendation is that you purchase this product on a steady basis. You will have several choices of how often you want your color sent to your home. The follow up and caring nature, from this company is like no other.
