Great hair color for gray, white rootsI really liked the changes made, based on my request and the colorists suggestion, however, after one washing, using the Lock It shampoo it was lighter than I like. Coloring was fine. Color was wrong.The product applied fine and was easy to use, but the final color was too dark. My natural color is a very light Swedish blonde, but even after my communication with the colorist indicating I wanted to go lighter, my final color was darker than what I had. Made my hair very stickyI really love the color of my hair but I have never had a hair color make my hair feel sticky. I don't know what to do to make it feel soft.
