This productI found #1 They did not mix me the right color. It is about 5 shades darker then I use. I have also see no difference in this product compared to one you buy at the drug store. Perfect natural matchAfter paying several salons several hundred dollars to help me get back to my natural copper red, I was reluctant but it blew my mind how close to my natural color it came. After the color consultant confirmed my color with a very, very light blond version of my natural color it is a perfect match. I never expected this reaction, let alone could have saved myself hundred of dollars. I rarely leave product reviews but I thought this time I should.
