Not a pleasant surpriseFirst of all it makes me angry each time, that the color is only for roots. I don’t want to do roots only, I do not have technique for that, it gets messy. Last two times I was starting with roots but ended with color on all hair. Although it was nice and I was happy, this time it went wrong. I don’t know how can this be same mix as always. Nie wieder!!!!Ich hatte ein Kennenlernset bestellt und erhalten. Da ich nicht zufrieden war und auch kein Abo abschließen wollte, nahm ich per Mail Kontakt zu eSalon auf, um mein bereits über Klarna eingezogenes Geld einer zweiten Lieferung zurück zu bekommen. Ich habe keine 2. Lieferung bestellt und auch nicht erhalten. Meine Mails vom 2. und 24. Mai werden einfach nicht beantwortet. Too darkThis colour came out way too dark and had lots of red tones in it. I want to rid of the red in my hair and this picked it up more that when it lightened more red came out.
