Fantastic! So impressed!The process, the consultation, the product, the application, so impressed! My hair looks fantastic!! I have colored my own hair for nearly 22 years and this was by far my best experience. The color is rich and vibrant! I love it! My grey covered perfectly and the color isn't fading! Was very skeptical.....It's been many many yrs since I've had any color in my hair so it was very important to me that this color be a slight change not something too drastic. I have dark blonde hair that has lost its sheen and looks almost dirty blondish-grey. I wanted a slight change to make it more dark golden blonde without so much dirty-grey tone. After answering questions, choosing colors, describing (probably over-describing) exactly what I was looking for and up loading photos of me w/my current natural color I was still very skeptical some so called colorist, however far away, would be able to send me exactly what I asked for. Nevertheless, when I received it I was determined to more forward with my choice to color my hair. Since it had been so long I'd done this myself, I had my sister apply it for me. The kit is very easy and comes with everything you need (except for clips to section hair with). After all was complete and my new color was dried and styled, I was simply amazed how perfect the color is; it is to the tee of what I described and asked for! We are always the toughest critics of ourselves and how we look - I tend to be a real perfectionist. And for me to even be sharing a review is s huge deal; I rarely ever do, even if the product is decent. However I am so pleased with this product and service, and you really can't beat the cost (at least to try it), I felt compelled to share my experience about eSalon. Lives up to the hype!This has been easy, tried and true from month to month. I asked for highlights to be added as we approach summer and a kit was mailed. I loved it! Complete Newbie -- Messy but got it done!I ordered color and the stylist took an educated guess to adjust it for me. I have never self colored in almost 19 years of dying my hair (always going darker). The color was great.
