Adding more Ash tones to my color.I believe the only way to get more toward Ash is to make a jump in that direction rather than little bumps in that direction. I don't know where my next shipment will end up colorwise but would like to see much more ash and cream. I love the product though. Cancel all future ordersI am not happy with the product. It is different from how it looked on me when I came in to have my hair done. Great colorThe shade of this color is beautiful. This color has much more multi shaded than any color I have purchased in stores. Great and easy to useI was recommended eSalon by a friend and I haven't gone back to anything I was using a high street product but was having to touch up my greys just after two weeks, with eSalon it last over three weeks. It is very easy to apply, I have long hair and a lot of it, sometimes I get my 13 year old daughter to help me applying the colour to the back of the head as you can't go wrong.
