color doesn't work for me...Sorry to say I cut off my auto shipment and want to cancel my subscription to esalon. The red color fades too fast but this time my color was more glow in the dark pink. Long Lasting Bright Natural Red!!!!I finally have my natural hair color again, but better and with no gray !!! When I finally had to start coloring my hair to cover the gray I started a journey of frustration. As an auburn/copper haired girl, attempting finding a close match to my natural color only ended in tears, countless salon visits and money lost. eSalon is amazing! My first custom color was almost perfect. I emailed the specialist and describe what changes I wanted and with just one adjustment it was PERFECT!!!! I am a nurse and have absolutely no cosmetology experience but eSalon makes it so easy to color your own hair. The step by step directions are custom made just for you!!! I have been using eSalon for almost a year now and will never ever go to the salon for color again. My gray ( I am 30% gray) is completely covered and doesn't fade. I color my hair every 5-6 weeks. Better than store boxPlus's = assistance with color, simple directions with a sticker to hang up instead of it laying in sink, 2 pair of gloves, and the best thing was I didn't smell like I had just colored my hair at home!
