Awful.Color did not come out right at all. Contacted a salon and they adjusted color but it did not cover over the mistake of the first one. Made my roots look ridiculous. Didn't cover my graysThis is the second time I try this product. The first time, I followed the directions and my hair didn't pick up the color with one use so I did it twice since I had product left over and then my hair took up the dye. The same thing happened this second time around, none of my grays picked up the color so I have uneven color throughout. Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks.
