DO NOT PURCHASEThe product is not good itself, but my bigger issue is with customer service. After being told my membership was cancelled, on the phone with the company, I was charged and sent a box. They refused to give me a return label and told me just to return to sender and mark it undeliverable. After several attempts it was just redelivered. They still refused to provide a shipping label, even the postal workers told me this company was trying to scam me out of a return. After not getting the box back, I still haven’t received a refund. Bin begeistertMeine neue Haarfarbe wurde genauso wie ich sie mir gewünscht hatte, ich habe den Farbton verändern lassen, dunkler und wärmer, die Veränderung ist auch geglückt. Trotz das es nur eine Intensivtönung war wurden die grauen Strähnchen sehr gut abgedeckt, mein Haar und meine Kopfhaut wurden nicht belastet, ich bin begeistert und freue mich schon auf die nächste Färbung. 6 di 8 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Better then Salon ColorHave been having my hair done at my local salon. Have noticed in a few weeks my color is starting to fade. Using this eSalon product has solved that problem.
