good colorwhile the color was good, the amount of AMMONIA in the color was EXTREMELY TOO MUCH. I was coughing and choking during the process and I always wear a mask. It's not healthy at all. I will have to cancel my subscription due to health concerns. I do not ever want that much ammonia in my hair and touching my scalp. Better than expected!Used this service for the first time in October 2016. My hair colour was a big change to how I had been but the colour was great, my hair is in fab condition since using my custom colour and I actually loved the new colour after getting used to it. I put a couple of highlights through my hair and they turned out a great colour. I've received my next colour and I asked to be a little lighter and my colourist has altered the colour. I haven't used it as yet as I've found my new colour to last much longer than my previously dyed hair. Very Surprised and Very Happy!Fighting stubborn gray was so easy, so much better than what is available in stores. No Smell, no fuss, it was so easy and turned out better than I had hoped.
