Very Nice ColorThe color was true to the color I expected and was a nice brown. The instructions were clear and the kit was nice quality. I used the brush that came with as the applicator and liked that. My complaint is that 1 of the 2 bottles had opened at the top and some liquid spilled out inside the package during shipping. I was sent a dark blonde but it was clearly dark red not what I wantedI really want to try and color my hair at home but I do not want it red I am not sure what I can do now or in the future when it needs coloring I cannot walk around a red head.Please help what can I do to fix this?? Custom color? Wrong!I was contacted by Esalon saying they basically didn't think my chosen color was right for me so I allowed them to 'change' it for me. Big Mistake! I hate my color & been forced to look at this ugly (real dirty looking) blond color every day! Great results!I was quite nervous before doing my eSalon color. However, I feel like my colorist, Brittany, absolutely understood what I was looking for. My husband helped me apply the color ( EEK!) and the results are fabulous. I will now recommended sEason to all my friends. Best hair colorI love this product, the price is very reasonable. The quality is up to pair of a professional hair color,at a fraction of the cost.
