I keep getting the wrong hair colorI keep changing my color to adjust for more red and mahogany. Yet the ratio to brown still over powers the ratio to mahogany red. Color didn’t workBeen using for a while. Smelled strong, texture felt different while applying, and it left whole areas without color. I had to buy spray on color to cover up splotches until I could get a haircut or color again. Ugggg!I loved the first few times I colored my hair with your hair coloring products, however this last coloring was a bit frustrating. LOVE the color, but after 5 washes and using high quality hair products, the color is still found on my hair towel. It has never done this in the past with your salon products.
