The color is better than my salonI really like the color and their customer service. It actually looks better and less damaged than my hair salon. Lots of compliments. Loved my hair.At first I was a little apprehensive because my colorists said I could not go lighter than my natural color, which is medium brown. For the summer I like my hair a little lighter (light brown/dark blonde mix). But I went ahead with the color anyway, mostly my roots as suggested, and I absolutely loved it! I have had so many compliments on the color. My hair was so soft and shiny too!! I am going to order the shampoo and conditioner with my next order. Touch up kitColor is fine and it did a good job of covering my gray but had a bit too much ash in in for my liking. Have stopped any further shipments until my hair stylish can get it corrected. My hair feels awful nowI loved the box and the directions and everything made out to me. The colorist was very helpful in helping with my color and did a great job on the color. The color is great and I love it. My hair though feels awful! It is greasy and frizzy and just feels coarse when it is usually soft and silky.
