Could have been better.I was not impressed with my most recent order. I was only looking to go a little bit lighter and received only the root touch-up so I went to a salon and asked if this was customary and they said no. They did advise me as to how I should apply it and I utilized what was sent to the best of my ability. I don't think I will be ordering from eSalon any longer. Ease of colorI like that I don't have to make an appointment to get the color done is a plus. I like being able to do my own color when I have time. I love eSalon!!!I did my roots for the first time using eSalon and I must say I am totally impress...They match my color 100%...Not only does it look like a professional hair dresser did my hair but it was Sooooooooo much cheaper!!! ~Awesome~I really, really love my Esalon colour! My hair stylist isn't too thrilled :( but I've saved so much time & money! I look forward to getting my colour in the mail and really enjoy the personalization! As for my hair, it looks great!!
