Color lovely but does not lastI have now tried 3 rounds of eSalon color. My color formulation has changed several times to try to get it right. While I appreciate the flexibility of the eSalon team, my color just never landed in the right zone. On the one occasion that I really liked the color, it faded within 3 weeks, starting to fade after the first wash. The color was supposed to be permanent and I used the Heart Lock It shampoo and conditioner. I'm so glad I tried you!It is the first time I've actually ended up with the color I wanted. I know I'm a little picky, but I've tried for the longest time to get different stylists to understand what I'd like in the way of color. Always too purple or too blond, I finally have what I want.
