Didn’t work I’m afraidI had 3 requirements, none was fulfilled. I’ve asked for nothing close to black, because I hate black hair. Also asked for nothing reddish/copper in my colour, and to cover the greys. I got a reddish black, way too dark than my hair colour, nothing ashy/cold, as I have requested, and didn’t cover my greys. Absolutely disappointed. The only thing that I really liked about your products, it was the shampoo. But I wasn’t looking for a good shampoo.
