Not What I ExpectedThis was a great idea, but it wasn't as good as everybody says it is. First off, the dye doesn't rinse out very well, the shampoo wasn't shampoo, and the conditioner doesn't condition your hair. Second, after rinsing, shampooing, and conditioning, my hair felt very damaged and stringy. I had to do a deep condition over night and then re-shampoo (to remove the rest of the dye) and condition my hair the next day and it still felt stringy. Third, the color wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a purple tone, but all I got was brown. I'll be going elsewhere to get my purple hair color. Thank you for the experience though. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Color Off, Strong Scent, Fried endsI was really hopefully for this product to be something I loved. But it was disappointing to say the least. Color was pretty much brown, not a red/copper variation. The smell was so strong, it was difficult to apply between holding my breath and my eyes burning. Roots are Covered Better than EverI am extremely happy with esalon! The first kit came with the two colors to even out my roots to the rest of my hair. I was sure I would screw it up but it came out perfect and so shiny! Love the color!The process for designing the color perfect for me was fast and easy. When my color was delivered and applied, it was an easy process with excellent instructions. Fantastic productI have been using this color for several years and love it. It took a while to adjust the color but it is now perfect.
