Didn’t cover graysKind of upset this didn’t work as described. The color had no red in it like I wanted and it didn’t penetrate all the grays I have. The smell was very strong and to be honest I feel like I get much better coverage from box color at the store. At least those covered the greys. I put in a request for a different color and just reviewed it. I asked for a lot of red and the new color won’t be what I want. Didn’t go wellI loved my first color. I wanted just a tiny bit less copper, maybe I asked for the wrong thing, but this color was way too dark and dried my hair out. Stubborn graysThe hair color does not covers grays that well. The grays were a much lighter shade than the rest of my hair and it faded in about 1-2 weeks. UnhappyReally quite unhappy with the end result, the colour came out much darker than I had requested. My hair felt really dry after using the dye, the shampoo and conditioner were actually really quite good though so I would be tempted to try them in the future but at the moment I’m really disappointed with my colour 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Way to dark!I went into this experience, trying to do something different. I wanted a at home color job that I wouldn't regret. I wish that was something that I could say I received but it's not. The color I asked for and discussed was a nice dark blonde with a golden hint to it. What I got was a very dark brown/auburn color. I have very fair skin and was just not prepared for how wrong this could have gone. I don't want to fix it by continuing to add more and more color to it and damaging my hair. I am so disappointed. UnsatisfiedIve had 3 hair consultations, trying to omit red/ orange brassy tone. Might be genetics because im still having the same issue, so I can't lay all the blame on esalon.
