I am THRILLED with the color and experience!I couldn't be happier with the color or the service. My hair came out beautiful, it's the color I imagined, and it's so incredibly soft I can barely stop touching it! Too dark and matt, overall color was dullThis hair product is not for me, not only it made my hair look too dark, zero dimensional color. It also made my hair stiff, crunchy! .. Not good! I am very dissappointed.My hair was blond with dark roots and many grays in my roots. I chose a copper color that was vibrant and bright, and I somehow ended up with a dull dark auburn that never fully covered my gray's and is a very flat and dull color.
