Cost issue.I love the product and I needed the large bottle the first time I purchased to fix a colour mistake. This time though, I just need to do my roots and it’s nearly £30 for a whole bottle to use maybe a 1/3 of it?! It’ll last a couple of weeks before I need to purchase again. So I won’t be purchasing again unless esalon introduce a roots only option for a much lower cost AND the delivery price really needs looked at. £6 for standard delivery and £10 if it’s express which still takes a couple of days is really not good enough. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email as well. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Hi, well at first I was skeptical but I quickly became a believer11/21/2025-Update For all Unbelievers today my hair was terrible so I went looking in my stuff for my hair colors and found one of my old eSalon kits I guess I never used it, so I got it out to use it today I wasn't even sure if it would work because it was Very Thick both bottles had turned thick to compare to a can of paint when opened you have to stir it up before you use it well that's what I did to my hair color bottles I got a kitchen knife out and stirred it up before mixing it together then I mixed together and found it got even thicker now so I squeezed out the first color on my hair but it was so thick so I used a hair coloring brush I had and painted it into my head of hair using my fingertips to get to the scalp well I waited my time before showing it out and it still turned out beautifully so my story is tomes are hard for us right now so if you can use it Don't throw it away, I didn't call eSalon for fear they would tell me it was to old but I was desperate my hair was terrible and today it is the perfect color updated pictures are attached, So Thank You eSalon, great job on my color. When I first got my set I was a little skeptical wasn't sure how this was going to look on my hair but actually I ended up loving it then, we made some changes and I wasn't so happy with those changes but eSalon fixed it and made me very happy I only slowed down because of the cost I'm going to fix my budget sovwhen I get my hair colors it cuts into my budget so I have to be careful when I order but I love the product it does make my hair look so much better than normal colors I buy at the stores, I've had lots of compliments and I've been told my hair looks beautiful.
