The color was a disasterThe color I received was too dark for my complexion. It was a dark brown. I sent a selfie of the results and a picture of the color red I was seeking. (reddish orange). The response I got back was to go to a store and buy a color remover. The next month I received the EXACT SAME COLOR! Roots and endsDisappointed as my roots turned out to be a completely different colour from the ends with a distinctive line. Not the color I wantedI wanted a reddish tent in my hair. Either copper or strawberry blonde. Was given medium blonde, my old hair color from like 2 year’s ago. Not very impressed. Then I sent a message letting them know they sent me the wrong color and I haven’t heard back.
