Not my color!The first time I did my color with esalon, it came out perfect and now this time it is brown not Auburn. I am going to have to go buy a box of nice and easy to correct my color and not real sure how I’m going to be able to get my other color back! Natural redhead- no change in colorI was really excited to try this product out. Unfortunately it did not work. :( I am a natural redhead with no previous color added to my hair. I purchased a medium blonde color. I did a strand test to see how it would turn out. I applied the mixed color according to the directions provided and waited 30 minutes. When I checked my strand after the allotted time there was no change to my color. I waited an additional 15 minutes and used my hairdryer on the low setting to apply heat. After 45 minutes I rinsed the dye from my test strand. After drying my hair there was no notice difference in my hair color. Medium/Dark blondeThis was my first time purchasing through this platform. I typically have golden blonde mixed in with medium blonde. For some reason the team decided to send me a color that gave an allover dark blonde color. I am not thrilled at all. And it did not totally cover the grey.
